Electrical Adaptive Diagnostic System   E-ADS
 

• E-ADS is our latest diagnostic system designed for high speed production testing of vehicle subsystems, allowing the dynamic reconfiguration of the test stand for different vehicles.
   

• E-ADS encompasses a range of different test scenarios from end of line test using CANbus connections to vehicle modules supplemented by current measurement via Hall Effect Probes through to complex multichannel systems for Chassis, Cab and Instrument Panel test.
   

• E-ADS systems have a comprehensive software suit that allows for the easy construction of the messages necessary for CANbus based module tests and the formulation and distribution of complex test sequences to the Test Stands. 
   

• With E-ADS partial build systems each circuit of the component under test is controlled by its own intelligent CANbus node dynamically configurable on a per test basis. This CANbus is entirely separate from that which may be used for vehicle module communication and is transparent to the user.
